Johannesdal 1207 is located on the Helshoogte Pass in the Banhoek Valley. It is close to Stellenbosch, and a half-hour drive (20km) from Franschhoek. The Johannesdal Hall has enormous picture windows overlooking the majestic mountains surrounding Johannesdal 1207. The hall has seating for 200 guests with a dance floor. Other surrounding function venues include Die Bloukamer. This is a soundproof reception area which can be used for small gatherings of up to 100 attendees. Die Stoepkamer allows overnight guests to host a small pre/post event for up to 20 friends. At no additional cost.
Die Stoep, faces the pool courtyard and is the ideal area to have a small summer party or year-end functions. Waterlelietuin is a small enclosed garden that has a pavilion overlooking the lily ponds, perfect for smaller intimate outdoor gatherings. Onder die Eik Terasse is an outdoor function for up to 100 people. Die Suurlemoenboord overlooks the magnificent mountains surrounding Johannesdal 1207. Die Terasse are two large garden terraces boast unsurpassable views. This is the perfect space to have an open-air ceremony or early morning/late-afternoon outdoor function.
