The process begins with discussing your specific requirements as your booking request comes in, after which we will forward our Terms and Conditions, along with a preliminary quote, to you. Once you confirm that you are happy to proceed with our quote, we will advertise the position amongst our lovely nannies and match you with the available nannies. At this stage you may arrange for a virtual meet-and-greet, if you so wish.
Once you have selected your preferred nanny, we connect your directly with them to finalize any further details regarding the booking. The nanny will be responsible for keeping record of the worked hours and will communicate these hours to the office and the office will reach out with a final invoice for payment.
